Cancellation Policy:

· Food Drop offers weekly, fortnightly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly & yearly plans.

· Cancellation is allowed only on monthly plans and above.

· Customer can cancel the order within 24 hours of the order date, refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment. Please allow for up to 45 days for the refund transfer to be completed.

· If customer cancels the plan beyond the 24 hours window, then refunds are not applicable.

 

Refund Policy:

· Refunds will be done only through the original mode of payment and will be processed within 45 days. No cash refunds will be given.

· Food Drop reserves the right to review the cancellation requests made by the customer and will not be liable to oblige cancellation/refund requests in the below conditions:

· Food taste/quality dissatisfaction

Food Drop holds no responsibility towards the taste / quality of the food as our core services are limited to the Pick & Drop of the food and not preparation of the food.

· Customer (Sender/Receiver of food) Not Available

In scenarios, where the sender/receiver of food is not available to give/receive the food and if the same is not informed to Food Drop with prior notice before 8:00 AM on the food delivery day, Food Drop will continue to charge normally, without obliging any claims for refund. Food Drop will try to contact sender/receiver of the food if the sender is not available to deliver the food, so it’s a good idea to keep your phone nearby when you’re expecting the delivery boy. If our delivery partner made a reasonable effort to contact you after arriving at your requested location, you may not be eligible for a refund.

 

Food Drop will deliver the food on a daily basis to the customer’s work place. Food Drop would leave the food at a designated area which is pre-decided between the customer and the delivery boy, without meeting the customer in person. Delivery boy would provide an update electronically to Food Drop that the food is delivered. Under no circumstance, the customer can claim for a refund against such successful deliveries.

· Drop Holiday

If customer opts for a Drop Holiday, i.e. planned vacation break, then customer is eligible for an extended service for the break period and not eligible for a refund. However if customer wishes to cancel the plan, then the normal cancellation & refund policy will apply. 

 

· Misconduct by Customer

As a private business, it is our right to deny or refuse service to a customer. If a customer uses abusive language on Food Drop staff or its delivery partner, unfortunately Food Drop will not be able to conduct future business with the customer. In such scenarios, normal cancellation & refund policy will apply.
